3Rivers General Contracting is hiring a Sales Manager for our luxury residential build work to create an immediate impact. These individuals must be passionate, fearless, unafraid, and confident about their work while conducting themselves with the utmost integrity and honesty to help our client partners. Developing and cultivating strong and long-term relationships, while expanding and creating consistent sales.

This position is focused on luxury redevelopment and building sales management. The Sales Manager will produce SOW packages and partner with clients for their projects including kitchens, baths, basements, additions, outdoor living spaces, whole house remodels, and new home builds; then hand them off to the Construction Manager. The Sales Manager works concurrently with leadership. Similar position titles include: Business Development Director, Vice President of Sales, and  Sales Manager. This is not a Construction Manager role, this is a business development role with the vision to build out a sales team.

Required Experience Includes:

· Demonstrated competence using CRM, redevelopment, and estimating software. Ability to read and understand plans and designs. Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in selling residential build work and demonstrated sales and estimating success(s).

· Network with designers and design firms, architects, and architectural design firms, attend industry-related events and entertain prospective clients and partners.

· Compose scopes of work including Invitations to Bid, pre-bid site meetings, material take-offs, and estimates in multiple platforms and present to clients.

· Proficient in writing specifications and the scope of work for jobs. 

· Close and produce a minimum of $250,000 in monthly sales.

· Extensive working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques, systems, materials, and building codes.

· Ability to take prospective and existing clients from concept to contract.

· Display excellent organization capabilities, and listen and communicate with customers, co-workers, and sub-contractors. Excellent problem-solving abilities, proven ability to be a multitasker and decision-maker.

Pay: Base salary plus profit sharing
