Subsequently, we create a detailed construction contract prior to commencing construction activities, which includes material procurement and obtaining necessary permits.

We conduct Weekly Meetings to ensure that our client partners are well-informed about the project’s progress. Additionally, our Project Management platform, Buildertrend, offers a convenient avenue for communication and project tracking.

This approach ensures efficient timeline management, upholds stringent quality standards, and proactively addresses any challenges that may arise, all with the aim of delivering an exceptional client experience while working with 3Rivers.
Finally, we conclude the project by exceeding expectations and meticulously addressing all fine details through on-site client walkthroughs before project completion. This final step ensures that the project meets and surpasses all set standards and delivers complete client satisfaction.
