Maintenance Technician
Fast-growing general contractor is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for property maintenance projects in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to traveling to several properties, communicating with tenants and property owners, problem identification and problem-solving, proficient in minor carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, some HVAC. Must possess excellent working knowledge of property maintenance and maintain professionalism to exceed client expectations.
Position is full-time, year-round work. Overtime is available. Generous compensation for the right candidate. Salaries start at $18.50 to $22.50 based on skill level and experience. Send work history or resume for interview.
