Our process begins with an initial consultation aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of our client’s project goals and expectations. This consultation serves as the foundation for determining the compatibility of our partnership. It’s important to note that we maintain a project minimum budget requirement of $25,000.

In the event that both parties decide to proceed, we designate a Project Advisor who will be responsible for overseeing your project. The initial focus of this collaboration involves the development of a detailed scope of work and a cost estimate tailored to your specified timeline and budget. Please be aware that there are associated fees for this phase, which will be billed accordingly.

In cases where design and architectural drawings are necessary, we establish a separate design contract to address those specific requirements. It’s worth highlighting that any fees incurred during the creation of the scope of work and estimate will be credited towards the overall project cost if you choose to move forward with our services.

The development of the scope of work serves as a comprehensive roadmap for your project, encompassing essential elements such as project timelines, spatial layout, choice of finishing materials, and projected expenses. Subsequently, we create a detailed construction contract prior to commencing construction activities, which includes material procurement and obtaining necessary permits.

Throughout the construction phase, we maintain transparent communication with our client partners, providing regular updates on project details, addressing challenges, and presenting effective solutions. We conduct Weekly Meetings to ensure that our client partners are well-informed about the project’s progress. Additionally, our Project Management platform, Buildertrend, offers a convenient avenue for communication and project tracking.

As experienced industry professionals, we implement a rigorous quality control process throughout all stages of construction. This approach ensures efficient timeline management, upholds stringent quality standards, and proactively addresses any challenges that may arise, all with the aim of delivering an exceptional client experience while working with 3Rivers.

Finally, we conclude the project by exceeding expectations and meticulously addressing all fine details through on-site client walkthroughs before project completion. This final step ensures that the project meets and surpasses all set standards and delivers complete client satisfaction.
