General Contracting Project Process

Our process begins with an initial meeting to understand your project goals and expectations. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit for your needs. Please note that we have a minimum project budget requirement of $5,000.

If both parties decide to move forward, a Project Advisor will be assigned to oversee your project. We’ll work together to create a detailed plan and cost estimate based on your timeline and budget. Keep in mind that there are fees associated with this phase, which will be billed accordingly.

If design and architectural drawings are needed, we’ll establish a separate contract for those requirements. Any fees from the planning phase will be credited towards the overall project cost if you decide to proceed with our services.

The detailed plan serves as a roadmap for your project, covering elements like timelines, layout, materials, and expenses. Before starting construction, we’ll create a comprehensive contract that includes material procurement and necessary permits.

Throughout construction, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates and address any challenges that may arise. Weekly Meetings and our Project Management platform, Buildertrend, will facilitate communication and project tracking.

With our experienced team, we implement a strict quality control process to manage timelines efficiently, maintain high standards, and proactively solve challenges, ensuring an exceptional experience with 3Rivers General Contracting.

We conclude the project by exceeding expectations and addressing all details through on-site client walkthroughs. This ensures that the project meets and surpasses all standards, providing complete client satisfaction.
